Order As Much As You Want
You can purchase as little as 10 pounds of hamburger, or as much as a whole cow- monthly (as long as supplies last).

We process EVERY MONTH so you don’t have to wait till that special time of year to order your beef.
You don’t have forgotten about roasts rolling around in the bottom of your freezer and you don’t have freezer burn.
Order AS LITTLE or AS MUCH as you like, as often as you like.
Pricing is calculated when beef is DELIVERED, not when beef is ordered

Bulk Orders- You Choose How It Is Cut
For Quarters
You choose WHICH cutting option you would prefer. We have standardized our mixed quarters to T-BONES or NY STRIPS AND FILET and then in the warmer months they will be steak heavy and in the colder months they will have more roasts. Price includes cutting, wrapping and delivery to a common drop-off point for each location.
For Sides and Whole Cows
You choose EXACTLY how you want it cut (cut sheet here) and price includes cutting, wrapping and delivery to a common drop-off point for each location.
CURRENT Bulk pricing is based on HANGING WEIGHT.
Quarters: $10.50/lb hanging including cutting and wrapping
Sides: $10.25/lb hanging including cutting and wrapping
Whole: $10/lb hanging including cutting and wrapping
All pricing and order information can be found on the ONLINE STORE. You pay your deposit and then you will receive order update emails and hanging weights etc and then the final email is your delivery notification.
